Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your gear. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work at Shubi Shubi.

14-day returns

You can return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

How to start a return

  1. Go to our Contact page and send us your order number, the item you want to return and the reason.
  2. We'll reply with return instructions, usually within 2 business days.
  3. Ship the item back as instructed.

Please don't send anything back before you hear from us. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, doesn't work as described or isn't the item you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, and we'll cover the cost of getting the item back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show it.

Original shipping charges are refunded only if the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Return shipping

If you're returning an item because you changed your mind or it wasn't right for you, you pay the return shipping cost. We recommend using a tracked service, because we can't refund items that get lost on the way back to us.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it for a refund and place a new order. If you'd rather we handle it, contact us and we'll help.

Items we can't accept back

  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
  • Items returned without our authorization

Cancelling an order

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. We can cancel an order that hasn't shipped yet. Once it ships, you can return it under the policy above.
